A lawyer between two countries.
Leticia Carlins holds a degree in Law and is an attorney admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association (professional licence no. 69724L) and the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/PR no. 95087). She began practising law in Brazil in 2018 and, since 2024, has also been qualified to practise in Portugal — making her well placed to provide legal advice to citizens and companies operating in the Portuguese-Brazilian context.
Over the course of her career, she interned for two years at the Court of Justice of Paraná and worked at leading law firms in Curitiba, having been a partner at one of them for more than three years. This experience, complemented by her practice in Portugal, has given her a comprehensive view of the legal challenges that span both realities.
Her practice focuses predominantly on civil law, family law, immigration law and employment law, with particular emphasis on dispute resolution, preventive counsel and judicial and extrajudicial representation. In all her work, she is guided by the principles of legality, ethics and professional responsibility, defending her clients' rights and interests with technical rigour and diligence.
